How to Order & Pay
Q1. How do I place my order?
Go to our SHOP tab, add the items into the shopping cart.
You can view your cart, add or remove the selected items before checkout.
Once you have made your final selection, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’, you will be directed Personal Information page to key in your billing address. We recommend you provide us a business address to make sure someone is available to sign your parcel.
Q2. How can I make payment for my order?
1. Malaysian: select “Direct Bank Transfer” if you are residing in Malaysia. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.
2. International customer : select PayPal payment. We shall send you a money request upon receiving your orders.
Please note that additional PayPal merchant fees will be added to the totals via PayPal payment request. Your order will be canceled if the funds have not cleared in our account within 24 hours after order submission.
Shipping Fee & Delivery
Q3. How much is the postage fee in Malaysia?
The postage fees are RM 8 (West Malaysia) or RM 12 (East Malaysia) by Pos Laju Malaysia. We’ll cover the shipping fee for subsequent weights after the first 0.5kg.
Q4. Do you send out orders daily?
We send out orders every Saturday/Sunday. Orders received after 12 pm on Saturday will be delivered in the coming week. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. We shall provide you the tracking numbers (via SMS and email) and you can track the postage progress from Pos Malaysia Tracking System.
Q5. Do you provide Self Pickup or Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We are no longer provide any self pick up or cash on delivery service.
Q6. Do you accept orders and ship worldwide?
Yes, we accept orders and ship overseas. We ship internationally via Flexipack International with Tracked Label

Q7. What are the estimated days of delivery?
• PosLaju: 1-3 working days (upon parcel submission to counter)
• FlexiPack International: 4 – 6 weeks; applies to major cities only. Delivery to the area outside of major cities may incur additional days. The delivery time also is subject to the customs clearance process in your countries.
Due to the CoVid-19 pandemic, parcel deliveries are expected to be delayed (10-12 weeks or even longer) as there are limited international flights. You are advised not to place orders if you are unable to wait for late deliveries.
Q8. The tracking number provided is not shown on the tracking system website. What should I do?
It requires a minimum of 24 – 48 hours to get your shipment status updated in the tracking system upon receiving your tracking number.
Q9. Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we are running a web store.
Q10. It’s been 2 months and I have not received my orders. What is happening?
Email us at email@example.com regarding your order ID. We try our best to assist you with the local courier regarding the shipment status. For Malaysian customer, you may contact Pos Laju Malaysia or visit your nearest Pos Laju branch for further verification.
IMPORTANT: Oversea customers will not able to obtain tracking and delivery information for inbound registered items from Malaysia on the website. Kindly liaise with your local post office directly for clarification about the status of your shipment. Click here to find out more.
Q11. Will I get different shipping when my order contains ready stock and pre-ordered items?
Ready stock and pre-ordered items are delivered in 1 shipment. You’d need to top up an additional shipping fee if you’d like to receive the ready items urgently.
Q12. Previously I have placed an order with you and it’s not shipped yet, is it possible for me to combine the shipment of both old and new orders to save the shipping cost?
Unfortunately, this is not allowed at the moment.
Preorder Processing & Delivery Time
Q13. How does custom wax seal stamp preorder works and how long does it take to reach me?
Items with label ‘preorder’ are not ready stocks. Full payment must be made upon placing orders so that we will place orders with our overseas supplier. Upon payment, it requires a minimum of 25 – 30 business days to process and arrive at our warehouse after the pre-order is placed, subjected to custom clearance, logistics handling, and also some unforeseen delays. Processing and delivery time may vary depending on the festive and holiday seasons. We always try our best to ship out your orders once it’s ready.
IMPORTANT: Good things take time! Do not place an order if you urgently need the stamp in less than 3 weeks to avoid any disappointments. Find out more from our wax seal FAQs page.
Policy Regarding Shipping
We do not accommodate cancellations of orders that have been shipped. We will not refund orders due to package damage/loss/delay due to customs clearance process or delayed delivery by the shipping carrier.
Policy Regarding Refusal of Service/Products
We reserve the right to refuse service or refuse the sale of products to anyone, for any reason at any time.
