How to Order & Pay

Q1. How do I place my order?
Go to our SHOP tab, and add the items to the shopping cart.
You can view your cart, and add or remove the selected items before checkout.
Once you have made your final selection, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout, you will be directed Personal Information page to key in your billing address. We recommend you provide us with a business address to make sure someone is available to sign your parcel.

Q2. How can I make payment for my order?
1. Malaysian: select “Direct Bank Transfer” if you are residing in Malaysia. Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.

2. International customer:  select PayPal payment. We shall send you a money request upon receiving your orders.

Please note that additional PayPal merchant fees will be added to the totals via PayPal payment request. Your order will be canceled if the funds have not cleared in our account within 12 hours after order submission.

Q3. How much is the postage fee in Malaysia?

J&T Express: RM6. (WM); RM16 (EM)

Q4. Do you send out orders daily?


J&T Express: drop off in 2 working days.


Overseas parcels are scheduled to be picked up by the shippers on Mondays; it is subjected to public holidays or any unforeseen circumstances.

Q5. Do you provide Self Pickup or Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We are no longer provide any self-pickup or cash-on-delivery service.

Q6. Do you accept orders and ship worldwide,
Yes, we accept orders and ship overseas. We ship internationally via Aramex, TNT Express, or SF Express.

About Aramex, TNT Express, and SF Express

We’ll calculate the weights and include the shipping fees in the Paypal Money Request.

**When the shipment is heavier than originally declared, extra charges will be requested via your PayPal account based on the final weight validated by the courier company.

Q7. What are the estimated days of delivery?

• J&T Express: 1-3 working days
• Aramex or TNT: 3-5 working days; Kindly expect delays in deliveries due to the global COVID-19 outbreak • SF Express: 10-14 working days.

Q8. The tracking number provided is not shown on the tracking system website. What should I do?

It requires a minimum of 24 – 48 hours to get your shipment status updated in the tracking system upon receiving your tracking number.

Q9. Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we are running a web store.

Q10.  Will I get different shipping when my order contains ready stock and pre-ordered items? 

Ready stock and pre-ordered items are delivered in 1 shipment. You’d need to top up an additional shipping fee if you’d like to receive the ready items urgently.

Q11. Previously I placed an order with you and it’s not shipped yet, is it possible for me to combine the shipment of both old and new orders to save the shipping cost?

Unfortunately, this is not allowed at the moment.

Q12. Will I be charged with import duty?

Effective from 1st July 2021, EU VAT exemption has been abolished for importing items with values up to EUR 22. All goods imported to EU Countries regardless of any value will be subjected to VAT.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Preorder Processing & Delivery Time

Q12. How does a custom wax seal stamp preorder work and how long does it take to reach me?
Items with the label ‘preorder’ are not ready stocks. Full payment must be made upon placing orders so that we will place orders with our overseas supplier.  Upon payment, it requires a minimum of 7-10 business days to process and arrive at our warehouse after the pre-order is placed, subjected to custom clearance, logistics handling, and also some unforeseen delays. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the festive and holiday seasons. We always try our best to ship out your orders once it’s ready.

Policy Regarding Shipping

We do not accommodate cancellations of orders that have been shipped. We will not refund orders due to package damage/loss/delay due to the customs clearance process or delayed delivery by the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to refuse service or refuse the sale of products to anyone, for any reason at any time.
